Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a great experience! the rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and start the new year off right. the hotel's key location near the exhibition palace and conference center was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and attend any events or exhibitions. Plus, the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing assistance whenever needed.

There were a couple of negative aspects. the Wi-Fi connection was poor, making it difficult to stay connected and browse the internet.

Superbly modern and clean with great facilities. Conveniently located near a metro stop, the hotel offers stunning views of a lake and is adjacent to a Japanese garden and exhibition center. Excellent gym, indoor pool, and spa. Wonderful breakfast, spacious and comfortable rooms with complimentary toiletries and daily bottled water. A peaceful and comfortable stay.

There were a few lapses in customer service that could be improved. For example, there was a mix-up with the room assignment, which was embarrassing.

The room was spacious, with good air conditioning, a TV with a wide variety of channels, fast Wi-Fi, a great bathroom, a comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a good choice of fresh and high-quality food in a spacious and comfortable restaurant. The hotel's location, right next to Bodomzor metro station, was convenient for transportation, and it was also close to the TV Tower.

Great location, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast buffet.

Although we encountered a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of free Wi-Fi in the rooms and slightly firm beds, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. We understand that Wi-Fi availability may improve in the future, as it was already provided in the lobby and breakfast room.

I had a very nice stay at International Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.
