The hotel is located in a calm pedestrian street, close to bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Fernando and Rayco. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the city center on a charming street. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. I felt safe at all times, whether I was out during the day or at night. This city has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it.

The rooms were cozy and very clean, with a choice between memory foam and standard pillows. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and beautiful sunset views was the perfect end to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely little hotel in the heart of the town. the friendly staff made me feel very welcome, and the cozy room with a comfortable bed was perfect. the location on a colorful street with charming bars and restaurants gave a true sense of the local atmosphere. I also appreciated the amenities such as air conditioning, a small fridge, and a kettle for making my own tea and coffee. the rooftop terrace with a spa pool and great views was a wonderful bonus. Highly recommended!

The location on a pedestrianised street was perfect, with many restaurants nearby. It was situated in the mainly walking quarters of the old part of the city, making it convenient to explore and close to the beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent suggestions for hikes and locations to visit. The breakfast was decent, offering a good variety for the price. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being cleaned every day if desired. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The location was perfect, surrounded by charming little restaurants and boutiques. the staff, especially Lili, Raul, Vero, and Kisa. We loved that coffee and tea were always available in the reception area, and the 5-minute walk to the central bus station made getting to the airport a breeze. the cherry on top was the roof terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views of Teide and the sea. we highly recommend Puerto Azul and will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at a recently refurbished hotel in the center of Pto. Cruz. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. the hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. the room was spacious and had modern amenities like keyless entry and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. the rooftop terrace with its stunning views and jacuzzi was a special treat. we were impressed with the hotel and its friendly staff.
