The hotel is conveniently located near Gafy beach and a complimentary shuttle bus is available to take guests to the beautiful Kalemira beach. I enjoyed the variety of food options, and the hotel has a great effort to minimize food wastage by using leftovers for dinner. The barman Ahmed at Sultan Bar was outstanding, and the animation team, particularly Khokha, was enthusiastic and entertaining. the hotel provided a pleasant experience with decent food and friendly staff.

Excellent location near the center and airport, with easy access to the beach. Staff were professional, helpful, and respected dietary requirements. Wide choice of food available in the buffet. Rooms had lovely pool views. Cheerful and welcoming atmosphere, with an open art museum feel.

The only redeeming quality of my New Year experience at this hotel were the complementary drinks and snacks provided during check-in and the free shuttle service to nearby attractions. The location was also convenient for exploring the area. However, the best aspect of this hotel was the live music performance on New Year's Eve that created a festive atmosphere.

My experience was ruined by poor service and unclean facilities. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and seemed disinterested in resolving any issues.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made omelettes. the food was delicious and satisfying.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to Naama bay and the beach. You can easily walk to the vibrant walk of Naama bay and enjoy the variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel is also near to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas.

Some aspects of the hotel need improvement in terms of maintenance and renovations, such as the leaking shower and the presence of broken glass around the facility.
