During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hotel had a lot of character and the location provided stunning views, especially of the nearby island and the Needles. Another advantage was the excellent evening meal and cooked breakfast that we had during our stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. the staff did not recognize the Defense service discount card I had and did not provide the expected discount.

Best xmas break ever! Beautiful baronial style hotel with quirky touches and stunning views. Rooms were spacious and cozy, with cute surprises like toy dogs on the beds. The breakfast was a feast for the senses, and the live music at night was the cherry on top. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel's location was ideal, walking distance from the town center and with its own grounds by the coast. A truly memorable experience.

Worst lighting in some rooms and a few inconvenient features, like the bizarre light switch and inaccessible ventilation in the bathroom. Some maintenance issues, like chipped paint on doors.

The room was excellent and the bed comfortable. The bathroom layout was odd, with basin facing out and mirror to the right. Shower access was tight but good. The sun room provided shelter from the wind with a great sea view. The bedding and furniture were of high quality. There was a nice touch with a webcam showing the sea on the TV. The staff were friendly and professional. The location had stunning views of The Needles. The cottage was well-equipped and the milk in the fridge was a welcome surprise. The coastal path walks were breathtaking. a lovely week spent at this remote location.

I had a wonderful stay at Beach House. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with antique furniture and a stunning view of the Needles. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and Lancelot the hotel cat was a delightful addition to my stay. The sunroom overlooking the Needles was a perfect spot to relax and take in the views. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a fascinating history as an Arts and Crafts building. I would highly recommend this hotel for a unique and character-filled seaside getaway.

I had such a great time at this hotel - it was a real gem! Firstly, the location was amazing, right by the beach, so I could easily take a stroll along the shore whenever I wanted. The rooms were lovely too, with fantastic views of The Needles. I especially loved the very comfortable Queen size bed - it made for a great night's sleep. And let's not forget about breakfast - it was top-notch, with quality produce that hit the spot. this hotel really delivered on value for money, attention to detail, and friendly staff.

Had a lazy summer lunch at this charming hotel, finally fulfilling a long-awaited visit. The friendly bar staff made us feel welcome as we enjoyed our meal on the comfortable terrace. The spicy chicken wings were deliciously shareable and the portion of chips was perfectly cooked. The wines were top-notch and the view from the cliff top was breathtaking. A dog-friendly hotel, it's a perfect place to relax with friends and take in the beauty of the Isle of Wight. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a memorable dining experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers, as it is situated right on the beach, allowing guests to be in direct touch with the beautiful coastline. The restaurant, known for its relaxed atmosphere and decent standard, offers a pleasant dining experience. In the evenings, after enjoying several drinks on the terrace, guests can indulge in a delicious meal while enjoying the stunning beach view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The breakfast is also impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

It seems that some accessibility issues have been reported, particularly for guests with mobility issues.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with beautiful walks nearby. Despite some maintenance work closing a path behind the hotel, there were still plenty of options for hiking.

The prices were high, and when we ordered toast, we were surprised to receive two rounds of toast on three separate large plates. The breakfast itself was of poor quality, with bacon that had not been properly cooked and eggs that seemed reheated.

Nothing everything was great.

We had a great weekend at The Beach House with 5 clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated rooms. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had a good stay. The breakfast had lots of choice and the terrace was a great spot for food and drinks. The Lilac room was a wonderful treat for my fiancés 60th birthday and we enjoyed the comfortable grounds. We would love to come back and stay in the Wight room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect with beautiful sandy beaches just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed spending time in the library, which was the only place with comfy seats, sipping on drinks and taking in the breathtaking views of the sea. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom was a delight with its luxurious features. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and kept us energized for the day ahead. We couldn't get enough of the stunning view from our room, it truly made our stay memorable.

The lack of wardrobe or chest of drawers in the room, making it difficult to hang our clothes out of sight.
