We got great value for our money with a spacious suite, complete with a lovely balcony and partial Mountain View. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beaches and waterfront area with plenty of swimming spots and restaurants to choose from. The staff at Puerto Azul Suite Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, resolving any issues we had quickly and even offering a PCR testing service within the hotel.

The morning meal could have been improved with hotter dishes.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close enough to the seafront to find plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were right in the center of the resort, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy the beach. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and great service from the staff. The breakfast had a good selection and the view from the hotel was stunning. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the lovely pools and the kids entertainment team.

One negative aspect was the evening entertainment provided by the hotel.

Great location, close to beach and town. Spacious, modern suites with blackout curtains and ample bathroom space. TV in both bedroom and lounge. Fridge provided. Lovely pool area. Good value half board option with variety of vegetarian options. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent facilities for families.

We had a delightful 8-night stay at Puerto Azul Suite. As a family of 3, our suite provided plenty of room and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings, enjoying the partial Mountain View. The pool area was fantastic with different sections to cater to all ages. The bar staff by the pool were generous and the breakfast selection was great. The hotel staff were helpful and resolved any issues quickly. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring Pollenca and the surrounding area.

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing being too much trouble.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful. The hotel was located in a great spot, close to key attractions and amenities. The pool area was also a highlight, with plenty of sunbeds and a good size for swimming.

Despite the good location, there was sometimes a lot of noise from the surrounding area. the variety of food at dinner was sometimes disappointing, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

We had a wonderful stay at Puerto Azul Suite in Port de Pollenca. The entertainment team, including Sven, Rafa, Eva, Mariam. They organized fun activities for the whole family, and we especially loved the foam party and white party. The bar staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was a good size. The food in the restaurants was of great quality, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available by the pool. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the beach with many bars and restaurants to choose from.

loved our stay in port de pollenca, and puerto azul suite made it even better! amazing pool, friendly staff, and fantastic entertainment team who kept the kids entertained. highly recommend for families with young children.
