As a frequent traveler, I often find myself needing a comfortable and convenient place to stay for transit during my journeys. The Truman Hotel in Key West proved to be the perfect choice for this purpose, with its modern rooms and private patio providing a relaxing space for a brief rest. The hotel's location, just 10 km away from Key West International, made it extremely convenient for my travel itinerary, allowing me to quickly and easily reach the airport for my onward journey.

During my stay at the Truman Hotel, I did encounter some noise from the neighboring Moped Hospital, located on the street behind the hotel. While it did not significantly disrupt my stay, I could see how the daytime noise might bother some guests, especially those staying in rooms close to the source of the noise.

I absolutely adored the vibrant decor and the bright pops of color throughout the hotel. It brought such joy to my heart as I walked through the general areas. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with wide, well-lit hallways and comfortable seating areas. The children of the staff were always on hand to assist if needed, making it a stress-free and enjoyable stay for us seniors.

A small request would be for more handrails throughout the property for better support for us seniors.

During my business trip to Key West, I had the pleasure of staying at Truman Hotel, which was chosen by my director. Additionally, the pretty courtyard pool provided a tranquil escape in a lush, tropical setting. I also appreciated the free WiFi, as well as the availability of poolside seating on the sun deck, allowing me to soak up the warm Florida sun in comfort. The sun terrace was a delightful spot to unwind after a long day of work, making my stay truly enjoyable.

truman exceeded our expectations during this celebration. the recently remodeled hotel was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. we loved the nice swimming pool, and the rooms were beautifully designed and clean. highly recommend!

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's central location. It was within walking distance to all the main attractions, bars, and restaurants. The pool area was a nice spot to relax, with a soothing waterfall and a great view from the rooms overlooking the pool.

One downside was the breakfast offered at the hotel. It was very basic and not always well-stocked.

truman hotel had an excellent location, close to the main street in the historic center, yet in a quieter spot. I loved how I could walk to pretty much everything from there. The rooms were cozy, and I especially enjoyed the small sitting area outside of my room. The pool area was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. At night, the pool was the perfect temperature, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hidden treasure hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious, updated, and very clean. The staff, especially NICK at check-in, were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. The pool was a nice feature, with heated water and various lounging areas. The hotel is conveniently located just two blocks from the main street, Duval, and there is a rental business next door for scooters, golf carts, and bicycles. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and location.

We had a fantastic stay at Truman Hotel for 4 nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Duval Loop shuttle bus stop and all the main attractions within walking distance. Our Deluxe Queen room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a view of palm trees. The courtyard was stunning, and we loved having breakfast there each morning. The pool was also a highlight, well heated and inviting even in December. The modern and comfortable room added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
