I had an absolutely fabulous stay at a hotel in an unbeatable location. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness and security of the hotel met my non-negotiable criteria. The room was comfortable and had a thermostat for temperature control. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The included breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh options to choose from. Despite being in a bustling city, the room was quiet and allowed for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and friendly staff.

Great location for shops and restaurants, with a room overlooking the street. Good breakfast selection, catering to every taste. Night shift staff was friendly and helpful. Laura the manager was kind and facilitated the shipping of my forgotten clothing items.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near Sol and close to all attractions. The staff was very helpful and provided great suggestions for places to eat and things to see. They even offered alternative wifi access at their other hotels nearby when there was a problem. The hotel itself is small but chic, and the rooms are nice and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.
