Amazing Location and Nice Staff

Spent Easter at this hotel and the location was absolutely amazing with breathtaking views and nice activities on offer. the hot springs and pools were enjoyable, especially on warm afternoons.

The hotel had some staff members who lacked basic professionalism and were not friendly at all. the food was below average and overpriced and they were not flexible with special requests.

Located on top of a hill in a not overrun corner of Tuscany, this spa resort offers a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hectic city life. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Val d'Orcia while running on the outdoor treadmill or practicing aqua yoga in the thermal waters. The rooms are spacious, modern, and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The restaurant has an impressive glass roof that can be opened, allowing guests to dine in an open-air atmosphere. The spa facilities are outstanding, with various steam baths, saunas, and a huge pool with warm thermal water.

This hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, excellent service, and beautiful location. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding with its body scrubs, massages, and beauty treatments. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, while the steam room was just perfect for relaxing.

The breakfast buffet option was a bit limited, but everything was still delicious and of high quality. the location is slightly far from other attractions, but it's worth the stay for the exclusive facilities and the fantastic spa experience.
