Nice touch with heart balloons for our anniversary!

The location, just a short walk from major attractions, was perfect for exploring. The quirky decor and art-inspired vibe created a unique atmosphere that felt both cozy and upscale. Breakfast was included and was enjoyable, though having more variety would enhance the experience. A small issue was the noise from the street that occasionally seeped in, which could be bothersome at night, but overall, everything was very clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff were always friendly and ready to assist, making the stay more pleasant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially with the comfortable room that had a spacious balcony perfect for sipping tea outdoors, and the hotel's quirky decor made for an enjoyable atmosphere as I walked out and explored nearby attractions like the Natural History Museum and Kensington Gardens, both just a short stroll away.

The hotel's decor is incredibly unique and fun, especially the lift with artificial grass! Our family, including our baby, enjoyed the comfy beds and quirky art throughout. We had a wonderful experience at happy hour with delicious cocktails.

My wife says that the breakfast was quite basic and could be better, especially for families.

This place had a cool vibe, with a comfy bed and a nifty coffee machine in my room that made mornings way better. I really enjoyed unwinding in the lovely lounge area and appreciated the unique bathtub in my room. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit shaky at times but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊
