We had a great stay! The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The parking was convenient, and we were able to walk to many nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. This location was perfect for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was easy and convenient. The location was perfect, with plenty of plugins in the room and close proximity to historic Mount Hope Cemetery, URMC, and many restaurants and stores. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the efficient and friendly staff.

Conveniently located in lively College Town complex, close to airport. Clean, spacious rooms with plenty of electrical outlets. Lobby offers free coffee, water and wine in the evening. Grappa restaurant has a good selection and quality food & drinks. Courtyard parking and friendly staff make for an overall great stay.

The hotel is ideal for those who want to be in walking distance to everything they need. It gives easy access to commercial and retail locations and services. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, with basic amenities such as a microwave, small fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast was good, with made-to-order items made fresh.

The only minor complaint was that the hotel's free WiFi was slow and there was an option to pay for "premium" WiFi.

This hotel is located near CollegeTown, which is a great area to explore and definitely try Insomnia Cookies. The staff is incredibly polite and friendly, always making sure you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious with comfortable king-size beds and quiet views of the cemetery. Plus, the included breakfast is a great added value.

We loved the clean room and bathroom, the friendly staff, and the convenient location near the medical center. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool and an Italian restaurant. Parking was also easy.

The omelets, home fries, and pancakes at the hotel breakfast were outstanding. The rooms were clean, spacious, and new. The staff at the front desk, particularly Jos and the young lady, were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its great breakfast and excellent service.

The staff here were super friendly and accommodating! They even came to pick us up from the airport when we arrived. I loved the location of the hotel, it was near a cool area called College Town where we got to try Insomnia Cookies. the buffet breakfast with made-to-order omelettes was a great value. the rooms were nice and clean. Another advantage was that they offered keyless entry, which was a nice touch.

The only downside to my stay was that I left a jacket in the room closet and had trouble getting in touch with housekeeping. Despite multiple attempts, I never received a call back or an update about the jacket.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable; the bathroom has a big shower with good water pressure. Plus, the breakfast offers various options and the staff is always happy to help.

Some guests have complained about the noise in the rooms, which may be disturbing during a night's sleep.

We had a great Easter weekend! the hotel was in a really convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast and Easter basket upon check-in. the rooms were clean and cozy, and there was a great gym for us to work out in. the hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The gym could have used some fans to make it less stuffy, and the pillows could have been a bit firmer. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back for another holiday weekend.

I had a great stay at Hilton Garden! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Strong Memorial Hospital and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
