I had a wonderful stay at a fantastic apartment at Grupotel. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 6 adults and 1 child. The staff at the bar and reception were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also great, with everything easily accessible. Although there was a small hill on the way up, it actually provided a nice exercise. we loved everything about our stay, from the friendly staff to the spotless accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this 4-star hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, and we had a great view from our balcony. The location was perfect for us, as it was near the beach, bus station, center, and even had a supermarket on the ground floor. The pool area was very cozy and there were plenty of sun beds for everyone. The staff, especially the lady who cleaned our floor, were very friendly and kind.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to most places in the area. It is not far from the center and there are just a few steps that go down to the port. This makes it convenient for exploring the surroundings and enjoying the waterfront. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was satisfying. We also had a great view from our balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The hotel could improve its cleaning standards, as some guests mentioned that their rooms were not cleaned properly upon arrival, and they had to request clean towels multiple times.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a free safe in the room, which were very useful during my business trip. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby supermarket. The room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the pool area, which was a nice addition.

The negative aspects of the hotel outweighed the positives. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and seemed annoyed when I asked for help with directions or recommendations for local restaurants.

We had a fantastic holiday in a great location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and the new entertainment is really enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and always spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the variety of activities during the day, from relaxing by the pool to heading down to the beach area for some fun in the sun. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We also had a stunning view from our room, overlooking the picturesque harbors.

The issue with reserving sunbeds, as some guests would reserve them early and not show up until late afternoon.
