We had a great stay at a hotel with a good location near the bus station and Plaza del Charco. the buildings had charming, old-style architecture and our room had a balcony or small terrace. Everything we needed was provided, and the breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the convenience of an early check-out with a taxi ready and a small lunch box for our journey.

Great location near the beach and restaurants, plus good access to public transportation. the hotel was very clean, and the pool area was fantastic. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was tasty.

The Wi-Fi was not free, which was inconvenient, and the gym and whirlpool bath were not accessible early in the morning. the TV only had a few English channels, and the staff was not as helpful as we hoped.

Secondly, the location was perfect, as it was near all the main attractions in the area. It was in a very good area of the city, with everything right under the street. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were just what I needed, and I had a great view from my balcony. Plus, having a kitchen included was a bonus, even though there were no cooking facilities.
