Staff were super friendly and flexible, allowing us to use the mind-blowing swimming pool in the evening. The location was jaw-dropping, near the center and walking distance to all the best food and drinks. Great stay for New Year’s Eve! Location couldn’t be better, near all the hotspots. Breakfast was a highlight-- nice variety and quality was amazing. the staff was welcoming and accommodating with any request.

On the other hand, some of the facilities are looking a bit tired and could use updating. the noise level was quite high, so I couldn't sleep as well as I'd hoped.

The hotel was situated in a quiet part of town, but just a short walk away from the main areas. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rio Bidasoa! The value for money was great with large, comfortable and stylish rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the seafront, town, and the old city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a bus timetable for our trip to San Sebastián. The pool was lovely, and the fast wifi even reached all the way to the pool area!

The only small thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be more variety in the breakfast options.
