The staff was wonderfully attentive, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and impeccably cleaned. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location, right on the beach and a short walk to the Maspalomas dunes, was perfect. We highly recommend this resort and thank the Riu staff for their hospitality.

The hotel was renovated beautifully, with a great environment. Convenient location near restaurants, cafes, and shops. Professional and friendly staff. Spacious, clean room. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Spotlessly clean pools, pathways, and gardens. Private access to the beach. Fantastic food every day. Friendly and attentive staff. Peaceful atmosphere.

Can't fault anything about it.

I treated myself to a couple of nights here at the end of a week of camping in Gran Canaria and oh my what a treat it was. Everything about the hotel is simply wonderful. The staff were always lovely, friendly and helpful. Location wise it was perfect with direct access to the beautiful Maspalomas beach and lastly the breakfast was well what can I say - amazing. My stay at the hotel finished off my weeks' holiday in Gran Canaria in style and I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff there who made it so special. I will most definitely be back.

The hotel staff were consistently excellent and genuinely helpful. The location next to the beach and dunes was excellent. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool.

Nothing could have been better.

We loved the spacious and modern room with a large bathroom and sauna-sized shower room. The excellent breakfast, accompanied by a toast of cava, was a great way to start our day. The hotel's location was perfect, offering convenient access to the beach and Promenade restaurants. We also enjoyed the three pool areas, especially the shaded gardens where we could relax.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my recent vacation in Gran Canaria. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel was excellent and I couldn't think of anything that could be improved. In the evenings, the entertainment provided was top-notch, and strolling through the beautifully maintained garden added to my relaxation. Additionally, the hotel provided great amenities for yoga enthusiasts like myself, with plenty of space to practice on the grass.

Stunning gardens create a tranquil atmosphere. The newly refurbished rooms are spacious and meticulously cleaned. Delicious and varied buffet with welcoming chefs. Great location with direct access to the beach. a fantastic stay! I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Swim out rooms are excellent. Grounds are well-maintained. Car rentals are convenient. Food variety is great.
