also, the staff at the rooftop bar were definitely not attentive enough. I expected a complimentary drink or something to soothe my irritation, but clearly that was too much to ask. I just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

the room was spacious and funky with a large walk in shower. too many noise disturbances from nearby guests.

I enjoyed my recent stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I upgraded to a suite, which offered a massive balcony overlooking the square. The rooftop area was nice and the views were good. I found plenty of tapas bars nearby, which made my evenings enjoyable. Checking in felt smooth and welcoming. Being from Rome, I appreciate the lively atmosphere and the options for relaxation.

I loved my stay, especially enjoying the amazing rooftop swimming pool, which gives you a great view of the city, and being just a less than 5-minute walk from Gran Via, where you can dive into shopping and nightlife. it made my weekend strolls effortless as i explored nearby gems like the beautiful parque del retiro, just a short walk away for some peaceful park views.

the shower water controls were a bit difficult to use. though the rooftop bar had super cool views and great service. breakfast had lots of options, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. location was perfect, just a short walk to shops.
