The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right in the heart of the city, with famous Puerta del Sol square just a 5-minute walk away and Gran Via main street only 2 minutes away. You can easily explore the city from here. The rooms were great - modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Even though the hotel is in a bustling area, the room was surprisingly quiet. We could open the window to get some fresh air too. The breakfast was really impressive. It went on until midday and was replenished frequently. There was a good selection of hot items, fruits, cheeses, cold meats, breads, pastries. The food was tasty and satisfying.

All was great, couldn't ask for more.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with Gran Via Station and Puerta del Sol within easy walking distance. The hotel rooms were stylishly decorated and had everything I needed. The double windows were a great feature as they blocked out any street noise at night. One thing that really impressed me was that the hotel provided a personal wifi device, so I had internet access wherever I went in the city. It made exploring so much easier! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel in the trendy Chueca district. the location was perfect, close to Gran Via and with easy access to public transportation. the room was very comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. the hotel also had a dedicated breakfast room with large screen TVs playing kaleidoscope views. a great stay at Mate!
