Formosan Naruwan Hotel was perfect for us as we had a car and there were plenty of free underground parking spaces available. the location of the hotel was at the edge of the city, away from traffic noises, and provided a beautiful view of both the mountains and the ocean. We were impressed with our family room on the 10th floor, which had four twin beds that were surprisingly close to full size by US standards. the hotel staff gave us a warm welcome with a voucher for a free cocktail upon arrival. the breakfast had a wide variety of Eastern and Western choices, and the staff were very attentive. the outdoor pool and spa facilities added to our enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Formosan Naruwan Hotel and would definitely visit again.

The hotel is conveniently located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean, offering stunning views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is helpful and accommodating, especially the restaurant manager who speaks fluent English. The recreational area is equipped with a pool, table tennis, and other games for quality family time.

The breakfast options are limited, particularly for vegetarians, and the prices for dinner are quite high.

The breakfast was a highlight of our Easter stay with a great variety of food options. the pool was also a highlight with a beautiful area to relax in. We appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The room service closing early and the bar opening late was inconvenient for us. None of the elevators were marked or functioning well, which made it difficult to navigate the hotel.

the outdoor swimming pool and hot spring bath were incredibly relaxing and exclusive amenities that met all my needs. the restaurant staff went above and beyond to cater for my dietary restrictions, and the variety of breakfast choices was impressive. the cleanliness and comfort of the room were admirable, and the garden area was a lovely place to stroll in.

There was a minor issue with the steam room's maintenance, but the staff were quick to rectify the problem. this hotel exceeded my expectations by providing excellent service, Spa & wellness facilities, and a leisure room.
