Impressive Plaza Mayor location. Exceeded expectations with spotless room, beautiful view, and friendly staff. Helpful with travel arrangements, complimentary drinks, and thoughtful gifts. Best hotel experience.

Nothing to dislike.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the city, in a lively square surrounded by bars. Despite the vibrant atmosphere, the rooms provide a quiet haven with soundproof windows and calm nights. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are beautifully designed, with some offering balconies overlooking the square. the hotel offers excellent amenities and a comfortable bed.

The parking lot nearby is a bit challenging to navigate, and our rental car got damaged in the process.

Absolutely loved the view from the balcony overlooking the lively square. the spacious room was equipped with a comfortable bed and a great walk-in shower. One of the highlights was the complimentary drinks and bottle of bubbles provided each day.

One minor inconvenience was the parking situation, as the nearest parking area was a 5-minute walk away. the noise from the late-night revelers in the city center could be bothersome, so earplugs would come in handy.

The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with a stunning view of the main square from the balcony. This provided a unique and unforgettable experience, especially during the evening when the square was beautifully lit up. Despite these positives, I would not recommend this hotel due to the negative aspects mentioned above.

The fact that the hotel is located above a bar made the situation even worse. the room itself felt dark and claustrophobic, with no lounge or restaurant to explore.

Right in the center of this thriving square, the hotel's location is phenomenal. We enjoyed watching the sunset and the lights turning on. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Stayed at a stunning hotel in an outstanding location on the plaza with French doors overlooking Plaza Mayor. Spacious rooms, high-quality linens, and modern bathroom. the staff was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed delicious tapas at the character-filled Cervantes nearby. Free drinks in room added to the great experience.
