My stay at Euphoria Batumi Convention & Casino was exceptional. I had the pleasure of being welcomed by a representative named Nino, who provided excellent service with a smile. She helped me make the right choices and ensure everything was perfect for my stay. The location of the hotel was also a great bonus.

Great place to stay for a city break! Had a fantastic time here. Loved the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city and close to all the best restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the outdoor terrace with amazing views of the surrounding area, perfect for a drink in the evening. a highly recommended place to stay!

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the room could have been cleaner - we noticed a few stray hairs in the bathroom and on the pillows.
