We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel in Palma de Mallorca. The location was ideal for exploring the charming old town and beyond, with plenty of local cafes and restaurants to choose from. We were thrilled that we could walk everywhere in Palma and didn't have to rely on transportation. The service here was impeccable, with the staff being unobtrusive but very helpful. They were so lovely and remembered our names, even after we checked out. The amenities in our room were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and a spacious and clean bathroom. We also enjoyed the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The hotel also offered a range of services such as room service, car hire, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Located in a quiet street in the old town, it was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. I could easily explore all the main sites as they were just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable break. The apartment itself was modern, fresh, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and living area were beautifully decorated and had all the necessary facilities. Plus, the bed was amazingly comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep every night.

We did encounter a few minor drawbacks during our stay. there was some outside noise that could be heard in the apartment, as well as noise from the neighbors.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink upon arrival and they gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. the daily housekeeping was a real treat, as our apartment was always spotless. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city.

There was construction work nearby which caused some noise disturbance during the day. the breakfast options were limited for vegetarians/vegans.
