Renovated convent with original features and impressive location. Enormous room, great views on both sides. Delicious 4* menu for €20. Close to Cathedral Square, yet quiet at night. Lots to explore nearby for a happier stay. 🏰

Great location near the cathedral, large and comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, especially when it came to accommodating my room preferences. The restaurant had delicious food and attentive service, and the breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. The historic building was beautifully converted and had plenty to admire, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The historic building with stained glass windows was beautifully modernized, and the attentive staff made us feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet had lovely variety and the pool and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax. we highly recommend this hotel.

Located in an excellent spot in the heart of the city, this hotel was the perfect quiet escape after a long hike. The staff was very welcoming and provided us with helpful recommendations. The room was very spacious and comfortable with top-quality furnishings and an exceptionally large bathroom as well as pillow selection. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. We also enjoyed using the lovely converted monastery washhouse as a swimming pool.

Very close to major sites, pleasantly quiet location, big and modern rooms, clean, old monastery charm.

Our recent Thanksgiving stay was great! the hotel location was ideal, right in the heart of the city. the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and bar service, which were both excellent. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was inconsistent and unreliable. Although we were able to connect, we experienced frequent disconnections which made it difficult to stay connected for long periods, especially when working from our rooms.

Great location near the cathedral and close to attractions. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, soft and big towels, and nice toiletries. the coffee maker was a plus and the bathtub was a welcome treat after the Camino. Helpful and friendly housekeeping staff.

Some desk staff were not so friendly, but Olga made up for that with her kindness. Noise from other room doors and loud music from nearby events was a bit bothersome.

I had an amazing stay at this venue! One of the highlights was the location - it was set in a beautiful former convent, on the edge of the old city walls, near the center of the old city. It was the perfect starting point to explore all the nearby historic attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. From the receptionist who took my reservation to the waiter who served my meal, everyone was so cheerful and welcoming that it felt like true hospitality. Finally, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

This hotel is definitely recommended for families.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted by the beautiful rooms and the perfect location in the heart of the old part of the city. the self-service breakfast in the café was excellent, with a wide variety of options and delicious cakes. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and information on key places to visit.

The odd layout of the bathroom in our room, with the bath/shower behind the door and the shower door hitting the double basins. It was a strange design choice and a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is located in a beautiful plaza, right next to the church of San Francisco. The building is unique in its connection to the old part of Santiago and is spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious variety of options.

The elevator system can be confusing, with multiple elevators and floors numbered in an illogical way.

The hotel's historic building was impressive and added a touch of charm to our romantic escape. the room decor was tired, but it had a lovely ambiance that made us feel like we were stepping back in time. We also appreciated the hotel's key location, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. the staff, although not overly friendly, were helpful when needed.

The laundry service was a complete rip-off. We had one bag of laundry done and were shocked to be charged an exorbitant amount.
