The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that had a nice kitchen. The pools were great, and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was only a short walk to the beach and other amenities. The staff were really helpful, always saying hello and giving clear instructions on finding the bus.

Food for breakfast could be improved, maybe with more variety or a better selection of fresh options.

The beach villas at Sands Beach Active Resort were perfect for our family. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and the kids' club was a real gem. The rooms were well-maintained and the on-site shop was convenient. We also enjoyed the exercise pool and gym facilities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

I recently stayed at Sands Beach in Costa Teguise for a week-long vacation. The beachfront bungalow I was upgraded to was spacious and bright, with a manmade beach right on my doorstep. My toddler absolutely loved it! The complex also had a fantastic pool area and a small beach just a short walk away. The studio room I had was well-equipped with a comfortable sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large bathroom. The staff at the resort were friendly and professional, particularly Rachel and Stephanie who went above and beyond to assist with any issues. I had a great experience at Sands Beach and would highly recommend it.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was very close to the sea walks, allowing us to enjoy beautiful ocean views. We also appreciated the proximity to the next plaza, which was plaza de sol, where we found different shops and restaurants to explore. there were small supermarkets nearby, making it easy to grab any necessities we needed. Being close to the beach was also a bonus.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation to match the more modern rooms in the resort.

The Sands Beach Active Resort is exceptionally clean and has a great location, perfect for running or cycling. The 25m pool is excellent for swimming, and the bed is comfortable. The TV offers a good selection of channels, and there are on-site facilities like a supermarket, gym, and hairdresser. The resort also has lovely pool areas, and the properties are all single floor with plenty of natural light. There is also plenty of hot water for showers.

The hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to various restaurants, from the Hacienda restaurant to the different options on the lido. The square offers a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

The hotel lacks air conditioning in the rooms, which can make it feel a bit stuffy at times.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right on the lagoon and with stunning sea views from the balcony. The service here is excellent, with room service, car and bicycle hire, and housekeeping all readily available. The staff were very helpful and couldn't have done more to assist us with our requests. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and outdoor dining area serving a buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

Although the staff could be more friendly on the reception desk, they were still very helpful and accommodating. We did have a minor incident where a staff member removed a bottle from my child, but this was quickly resolved and didn't impact our overall experience.

The room was clean and the resort was well planned. the lido area was superb. the complex was huge with lots of facilities. the tri shop in the lobby was convenient for triathletes. the supermarket near reception was well-stocked. the accommodation was spacious and had a full-size oven and dishwasher. the location was great, with a short walk to a shopping complex with lovely restaurants and easy access to the beach.

The room had some maintenance issues. the rendering and paint were cracking and peeling.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is simply perfect, with stunning views of the lagoon and easy access to a private beach. We loved being able to stroll along the promenade and enjoy the seafront atmosphere.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate with some vegan options. the seaside view from our room was breathtaking.
