The rooms were spacious, bright, and clean, with a lovely view from the roof terrace. I also appreciated the efficient service and delicious breakfast provided by the personnel. this hotel is the perfect boutique venue for a city stay.

The convenient location allows for easy exploration of the city's cultural treasures, including the nearby cathedral and Santa Eulalia square. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with creamy exposed stone walls and huge, comfortable beds. The bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, ensuring a luxurious stay. The staff provide exceptional service, making guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

One slight drawback was the limited seating in the breakfast room, which could lead to some inconvenience during peak dining times.

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful room at the Santa Clara. The view of the convent from my window was so peaceful and it made my stay incredibly tranquil. The room itself was lovely and quiet, allowing me to sleep like a baby. The staff were very pleasant and even welcomed me with a bottle of cava, which I greatly appreciated. One evening, I enjoyed a glass of wine on the roof terrace while gazing at the stunning view of the cathedral. The location of the hotel is also ideal, situated on a quaint street and close to all the amenities of the old town. I've already booked my next visit for next month. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful and tranquil stay in Palma.
