On check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had taken my request into consideration and placed me on a different floor away from any potential noisy guests. The staff, particularly Marcos, provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring I had everything I needed and making the check-in process as smooth as possible. The rooms themselves were beautiful, with a stunning view and balcony. The housekeeping team did a great job maintaining cleanliness. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options including made-to-order omelettes and fresh orange juice. I also appreciated the assistance provided by Marcos at check-out, who not only took care of our luggage but also booked taxis for us, including ones with child seats. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marbella.

The rooftop area and cleanliness of the rooms were great. the rooftop offered stunning views and was a nice place to relax and unwind. the hotel's central location was a major advantage. It was conveniently situated near transport links, making it easy to explore the area. it was a short walk to the beach and numerous bars and restaurants, providing plenty of options for entertainment and dining.

There were several negative aspects that made our stay less enjoyable. the service at the bar was quite rude, with the exception of one helpful and pleasant staff member named Jacqueline.

We had a lovely stay in a great location and were treated very well by the staff. They even offered us complimentary breakfast for two days which was a nice touch. the room was clean, comfortable and well-decorated. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar which had breathtaking views and an excellent atmosphere.

the pool area was quite small and the number of sunbeds was limited which made it difficult to relax there. There was also a lack of shade around the rooftop bar which made it difficult to enjoy during the hottest periods of the day.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful, making our late check-in a breeze. The breakfast provided was of excellent quality and offered a wide range of choices. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the room, bathroom, and swimming pool were all in great condition. Additionally, the location was ideal for our business meetings, as it was conveniently located near the congress center and just a short walk to the beach, where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from.

It's located in a good area between two popular spots and yet it’s quiet enough to have a relaxing vacation. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with nice views from the terrace. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, and we liked the rooftop pool and bar.

The staff could benefit from customer service training, but overall we recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities.

senator exceeded my expectations during this long stay in Marbella. the staff were friendly and accommodating, my apartment was ready for an early check-in, and they even surprised me with a bottle of cava for my birthday. great facilities, cleanliness, and a convenient location near the promenade and center of town.

Air conditioning didn't work well.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the beach, restaurants, and a shopping mall. You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy the sea. The Claddagh Irish pub nearby is a great spot for sports and entertainment.

Some guests mentioned that the reservation system can be confusing and frustrating.
