The property was well located, with plenty of space and convenient for our needs. The apartment had two big rooms, a large living room, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of wardrobes. The upgraded apartment on the 11th floor had great views and was clean. The breakfast, although with limited choice, was satisfactory. The staff worked hard, including the housekeeping team.

Felt like they were family, no reason to complain.

It's also near the Cuzco metro station and a 24/7 Carrefour shop, making it easy to access amenities and explore the city. The apartment rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathrooms are spacious and the staff is friendly.

The decor of the rooms may not be to everyone's taste, but it's still a comfortable and clean place to stay.

We had a great stay at Pierre & Vacances apartments in Madrid! the room was cool and comfortable even in the 35-degree heat. the air conditioning was excellent and helped us get a good night's sleep. the location was perfect for us, as it was not far from the conference hotel and also close to public transportation. We also appreciated the abundance of good restaurants in the area.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with several power sockets around and only a 2-minute walk from the metro station. It is also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk to the stadium. The customer service is great, as one guest mentioned that they had to pay 35 euros and still found it to be great customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are enjoyable and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The furniture in the rooms is dated and not comfortable to sit on.
