The hotel had a great location, just off the highway, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the spacious and clean room with a beautiful waterfront view. The pool area was fantastic, providing stunning views and a cozy fireplace to enjoy dinner by. the hotel offered a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

My only disappointment was the shuttle service. We were told multiple times that it was on its way, but it never showed up.

Wonderful water views and a beautiful pool area overlooking the marina. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was impressed by the excellent gym facilities. The hotel also offers laundry services, although finding 8 quarters was a bit of a hassle. The complimentary shuttle to downtown was convenient, although a fee of $6 per person per day seemed unnecessary compared to other nearby hotels. I had a pleasant stay at this Courtyard property.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short distance from downtown Charleston. Whether you choose to take the shuttle or a quick Uber ride, you'll be able to easily explore the historic area and enjoy all that Charleston has to offer. The hotel offers stunning views of the river, and the pool and outdoor patio area are perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast each day is a great perk, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel rooms could use some updating for a more refreshed look.

Excellent service from friendly front desk staff and helpful Mrs. Ursula. Chauffeur Mr. Eddie was pleasant and nice. Nice facilities, good location on the water with sunset views. Clean property, tasty Bistro food, and reasonably priced coffee shop snacks. Beautiful pool area with river view.

Great location, only a short ride to downtown and walkable to Broad street. Beautiful view of the harbor from our room. The pool area was lovely with plenty of seating and a cozy fire pit.

Elevator was not up to code. Got stuck inside and none of the buttons worked.

The room was run-down and lacked any personality. The bathroom was basic and uninviting, with no added amenities.
