We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice modern design. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the elegant decor throughout the hotel. The location was convenient, with the Metro station being very close by. We also appreciated the nice ambiance in the foyer and enjoyed having a drink at the hotel bar. The gym was well-equipped and we had a good workout there. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at the Hotel.

The Wi-Fi in our room was quite poor and despite informing the staff multiple times, it didn't improve. Additionally, there was a slight issue with the air conditioning, as it was centrally controlled by the management and they refused to turn it on despite the hot temperatures.

The location of the hotel was spot on, close to all the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. the gym was amazing, with top-notch equipment and a great variety of machines to choose from. And let's not forget the beautiful vintage decor of the hotel, it felt like stepping into a movie scene!

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not much variety and a bit overpriced. I also wish they had more options for Asian guests, like rice or soup dishes.

We loved staying here! The location is really great being tucked away in a peaceful square surrounded by lovely greenery and gardens. The area is nice and residential but not too far from the city center. The staff are fantastic and offer great service in many areas like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. There are also shops and commercial services nearby. You'll find all sorts of amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and satellite television. You can start your day off right with a delicious breakfast, and there is a lounge bar as well. The receptionist from Argentina was especially helpful and friendly.

We loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds at Gran Hotel Conde Duque. The hotel had excellent wifi and a good gym. The location was great, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel bar was a great place to enjoy a drink before heading out in the evening. As bike riders, we appreciated any bike-friendly facilities or amenities that were available.

No complaints, we felt thoroughly pampered during our stay.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a short walk to major attractions and metro stations. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about nearby supermarkets and bakeries. the room was well decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. We also appreciated the efficient check-in process and the arranged taxi service to the airport.

The room could use some better maintenance, especially in the bathroom which looked a bit tired. Another downside was the absence of a tea kettle in the room, which is now a standard in hotels of this class.

Amazing experience! Terrific details to improve stay. Large bathroom, good shower with incredible water pressure, comfy beds, excellent wifi, well-equipped gym, system to listen to music in bedroom. The front desk was kind, bright and wonderful.

The walls between the rooms are quite thin, resulting in some noise from neighboring rooms. However, this can be easily remedied by using earplugs or requesting a room that is located away from high traffic areas.
