The breakfast, although basic, is sufficient to start the day. the hotel provides all the necessary facilities and advantages for a pleasant stay.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect and close to all the major sights, plus it was easy to find our way around. It was also great that the breakfast was included in the price and we didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to eat in the morning.

That the Wi-Fi wasn't very strong and we had trouble connecting at times. the view from our room was not very nice and we had some street noise during the night.

stayed in alcorcon before, but this time sercotel was amazing! comfy rooms, friendly staff, clean & functional facilities. exceeded my expectations!
