we enjoyed our stay at sercotel! the room was spacious and clean, with a nice kitchenette. it’s just a 4-minute walk to the metro and close to several supermarkets. the staff at reception were super friendly, making check-in and check-out easy. also, the area is really quiet, which is a plus!

A fantastic stay! My spacious room boasted a well-equipped kitchenette, making it ideal for our family. The location is excellent, just 3 minutes from the Prosperidad metro with numerous supermarkets and restaurants close by. Plus, the friendly check-in and daily cleaning made everything easy. The breakfast was substantial, enhancing the experience immensely!

The dining room is very small and overcrowded during breakfast hours which made it difficult to find a seat, especially around 8 am.

i almost gave Sercotel a good review, but i just couldn’t. the dirty room upon arrival was an absolute fail, complete with hair on towels & trash left behind. and seriously, where's the kettle? also, i expected special treatment for my stay, but it looks like that’s not a thing here. disappointing, to say the least.

Quiet area, spacious room with comfy beds.

The room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely kitchen area. Perfect for our little group! Plus, the tiled floors are a huge win over yucky carpets.

But the bathroom looked like it was stuck in a time warp—seriously, I half-expected to find a rotary phone in there! And good luck with the wifi. it's like it has a mind of its own!

i almost gave a good review, but the tiny dining area and overly cramped tables made breakfast a nightmare. i also noticed the outdated sink, cracked pedestal, and that absolutely no one thought to upgrade my room for the inconvenience. how hard can it be to treat guests like they matter?

I had a great stay in Madrid! The spacious room was perfect, and I loved how clean everything was. The breakfast had just enough variety to kickstart my day. However, the bathroom felt a bit outdated, but I would still return!

Sercotel Togumar offered a comfortable stay with spacious rooms that included kitchen facilities. The area was peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Prosperidad metro for easy city access. A slight drawback was the availability of late-night dining options nearby, but my overall experience was very good.
