I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel centrally located in Madrid. The hotel's convenient location, right next to the metro stop, made it incredibly easy to explore the city. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood where locals live, I felt immersed in authentic Madrid. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring my needs were met throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide selection, including delicious muesli, catering to various tastes.

One minor downside I encountered was the lack of a kettle to heat water. However, this was easily overcome by using the microwave provided in the room for a quick cup of tea or coffee.

Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location near metro stations. Well-equipped kitchenette. Excellent breakfast buffet. Modern design and large bathroom. Good value for money.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location, tucked away in a quiet residential area, provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being easily accessible to the vibrant center of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring excellent service throughout our stay.

This hotel was a great stay with no major issues.

During our stay, we had an issue with the cleanliness of our room, but the staff at Sercotel Togumar were quick to address it. They immediately moved us to a new room with upgraded facilities, and even left a lovely handwritten note from the manager, along with some sparkling wine and chocolates, to apologize for the inconvenience. The front of house staff were also very helpful in getting us maps and drawing us routes, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel, just a short walk from the Metro station, was very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast offered was adequate and we left each morning feeling satisfied. I had a great experience at Sercotel Togumar and would happily recommend it.

The spacious apartments with small kitchenettes and well-working air-conditioning at this hotel were very much to our liking. The rooms looked almost new and were very clean, and the large TV sets were a nice touch. The location was central enough, in a residential area that was quiet yet close to the metro and bus stations. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety, including cereal, pastries, cold cuts, and coffee.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

As young people, we loved the convenient location and the friendly staff. The hotel was just a short walk from the metro station and close to the areas we wanted to explore. The receptionist in the afternoon shift was really nice and helpful.

Felt like the morning and evening staff could have been more enthusiastic and welcoming. But overall, we felt very lucky as the hotel staff made our stay enjoyable.
