The bathroom with its walk-in shower was fantastic, especially for older individuals. The staff, from the check-in process to the bar staff and waiters, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, near shops, the beach, and within walking distance of the lively city center.

The chamber maid who cared for our room was pleasant and trustworthy. The location was great, close to bars and a short walk from the beach. The reception staff and customer advisor were friendly and efficient. Themed dinner evenings and a range of food were enjoyable. The hotel was safe and secure, perfect for a weekend in Benidorm.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in August. Upon arrival, we were checked in swiftly and informed that a delicious meal was waiting for us in the restaurant. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels provided. The staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. As half board guests, we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner, including show cooking and themed evenings. The room had a great view of the pool, and despite some noise from the nearby Cafe Benidorm, closing the balcony door for sleep was sufficient. The pool area was always clean, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. I appreciated the complimentary fridge and safe in the room. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Spain in the past 15 years. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. the service, cleanliness, and value were all deserving of a 5-star rating.
