The food at Servigroup Rialto is absolutely outstanding, with a varied menu that impressed us every single day. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide range of delicious options that cater to everyone's taste. We couldn't find any fault with the food, it truly exceeded our expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the location up the hill in a quieter area of Benidorm. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were just what I needed. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of sun beds and my sunny balcony added to the overall experience. The mini fridge was a great addition to keep drinks cool and the ice cream from the machine was a brilliant treat. The highlight for me was the breakfast, with freshly cooked British bacon and poached eggs. The menu also offered a good selection of meat and fish options.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

We definitely got great value for our money at Servigroup Rialto. The room was comfortable, warm, and had a lovely balcony. The location was convenient, near the beach and easy to access. The staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved by adding a toaster, juice, and coffee machines during lunch and dinner time as well.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel like I was staying for weeks. The room was good and the hotel was always warm. The buffet had an amazing variety of food and the Christmas lunch was mind-blowing. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the service was excellent. Even though we had to cut our trip short, the staff, especially Sylvia, went above and beyond to help us. Can't wait to come back and celebrate our anniversary in better circumstances.
