We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Tenerife. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Palace shop and the promenade. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a balcony overlooking the beach. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed dining at the Windsor restaurant for the Spanish night, which was a great experience.

We did experience some issues with the pool area, as there was a shortage of sunbeds during our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was lovely, friendly, and always helpful, adding to the great service we received throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions for a fulfilling and activity-packed trip. The pool area was always clean and well-maintained.

Although the food was great, it took a bit of time for our order to arrive a couple of times, and some dishes were not available due to a limited menu. The restaurant staff seemed stretched when it got busy, but this aspect did not detract from the overall great experience.
