As adventure travelers, we loved the direct beach access and proximity to d'en Bossa nightlife venues. The modern and spacious rooms were perfect for our needs. The new pool area was a highlight, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, right next to the port and in front of the beach. The staff provided exceptional service, always greeting us with a smile and never keeping us waiting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need, including heating and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The hotel had a great outdoor space with a lovely pool and direct access to the beach. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the breakfast provided was included in the stay and offered a variety of options including hot food, cereals, pastries, meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, and coffee machines. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for exploring the area.

There were several aspects of the hotel that I did not enjoy. the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar.

The Ibiza Twiins - 4* Sup is a conveniently located hotel, right across from the water with easy access to the beach. The restaurant offers a variety of options for breakfast, with plentiful and tasty choices. The hotel is also close to other beaches, allowing guests to explore different areas of the coast. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and provide a nice view of the surroundings.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the air conditioning, which may need improvement.

The breakfast had a good selection which made starting the day easy. the hotel's location is great especially if you have your own car, as there is free parking next to the hotel. the staff was very accommodating and amiable which made our stay enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable which was inconvenient when trying to catch up on some work. the room appeared slightly dated and could use a little refurbishing, considering the severity of its pricing.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the property, including the rooms, was exceptional. The hotel facilities, such as the poolside area and the buffet breakfast, were great. Additionally, the location of the hotel, with easy access to Bossa Beach and transportation options, was convenient.

The value for money at Ibiza Twiins - 4* Sup was fantastic and the room was absolutely spectacular! The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the beach and the old town. The staff treated us exceptionally well, especially Kim at reception who was awesome.

The food for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

There was plenty of choice every morning, including a variety of food and drink. I especially loved the whole fruit and health section, which was perfect for recovering from a hangover. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to bars and food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The facilities were well-maintained and always cool. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious, with attentive wait staff. The spa was a great way to relax on a rainy day. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a great experience at this hotel.

the location of the hotel was great, situated in a central area that made it convenient to explore Ibiza. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the housekeeper with the short hair who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I was also impressed with the delicious options for breakfast and dinner, as well as the upper deck where I could enjoy stunning views, including sunrise. the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, and the pool staff and entertainment facilities were clean and enjoyable. Ibiza Twiins - 4 Sup was perfect for everything we wanted.
