The facilities were fantastic, with a great breakfast buffet and impeccable service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved the cool art and the mesmerizing blue lights in the lagoon at night.

The hotel had an amazing pool, clean water, and a great location. the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the room was beautiful with lovely furnishings and a luxurious bathroom. the buffet breakfast was delicious and well presented.

The entry to the pool was a bit difficult to find, and opening the door was tricky when there were people in front of it. the pillows in the room started out fluffy but flattened down quite a bit.

The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the marina and attractions like SeaWorld. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained facilities. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The pool area was enormous and had separate sections for adults and children. It was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. the large beds next to the pool were particularly comfortable and enjoyable. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions.

Our stay at Palazzo Versace was absolutely luxurious and beautiful! The attention to detail in the furnishings was evident, making it a very comfortable experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and public transport. We were able to enjoy a short walk to the beach and had plenty of dining choices both within and around the hotel.
