We had a fantastic stay at the Sohotel in Valencia. the location was absolutely perfect - just a short walk from the old town and surrounded by trendy bars and restaurants in the Russafa district. the staff, especially Yoann, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making our stay extra special. the apartments themselves were modern, clean, and comfortable, with cosy beds and surprisingly quiet rooms despite being on a busy avenue. We also appreciated the easy access to the metro station and the close proximity to both Cuitat Vella and Russafa. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sohotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. Despite being on the first floor, I wasn't bothered by any road noise. I recently spent Easter in a hotel and had an awesome experience! One of the best aspects was the staff, who were super friendly and helpful, giving us great advice on local attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks! the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the beach. Plus, we loved the fact that we could rent bikes and explore the area with ease!

That we experienced some trouble with the payment method. Although we thought we had paid the full amount, we were charged twice and had a hard time trying to get the extra amount refunded.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was having a kettle in the kitchenette. The coffee maker was great, but it would have been convenient to have hot water readily available for tea or instant coffee.

We absolutely loved our stay at this centrally located apartment. The Ruzafa district, with its vibrant restaurants and cafes, was just a stone's throw away, making it so convenient to indulge in delicious local cuisine. Exploring Valencia was a breeze as the city center was easily walkable from the apartment. We were also thrilled to discover that the charming old area of the city center was just a short distance away, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the rich history and culture of the city.

The only minor gripe we had was the lack of a kettle in the room. However, this in no way overshadowed the overall positive experience we had at this fantastic apartment.

This hotel apartment exceeded my expectations. The staff were very professional and helpful, and spoke English well. The room cleaning every 3 days was more than I could ask for. I loved the two sunny balconies and enjoyed breakfast there every day. The bus to El Cabanyal was conveniently located across the street. The main shopping area and railway station were within short walking distance. The design of the rooms was nice and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring both the old town and local areas like Ruzafa. The staff, specifically Alessio and Carmen, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better.
