absoluteley not the 5 stars experience I envisioned! The dirty, yellow towels and brown water from the tap were just the beginning. I was sure I'd receive a room upgrade for my troubles, but alas, no preferential treatment here. definitely could do without such disorganization in a supposedly top-tier hotel.

The location is fantastic! There’s a quick walk to several shopping malls. plus, the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

The mini bar was nice but it felt more like a welcome beverage than what they advertised. The pool was stunning at night, perfect for a late swim after a long day.
