We loved the convenient location within walking distance to the Plaza square and close to everything we wanted to see in this city. the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent communication before and during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a variety of healthy and freshly made items, a pleasant change from typical chain hotel offerings.

Garbage piled up in hallways for days, stagnant fountains, and overall lack of upkeep. Rooms were dirty with hair and makeup stains on sheets.
