stayed for one night and was shocked! The pool was freezing, they didn’t even turn on the heater for hours! Also, the air unit made noise all night, absolutely distracting. I definitely expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but no such luck. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t after this experience.

When staying, ask about the pool heater in advance. it took hours to warm up during our visit. Enjoyed the variety at breakfast too.

Yo, this place is bright and new, felt like a breath of fresh air! Clean rooms, comfy beds, and the staff? Super friendly. Had some noise issues above us though. couldn’t sleep like a baby. Breakfast was decent, but watching news was a no-go. Still, good spot for families—especially near the train experience!

Loved the clean, modern vibe and enjoyed the cozy indoor pool. The spacious rooms were a great retreat after our adventures! We had top-notch wifi and found the exercise room well-equipped for a good workout.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.

Unfortunately, the pool area was quite chilly during our visit, and it took hours for the heater to warm it up, limiting our family's ability to enjoy swimming. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room was quite noisy, disrupting our sleep throughout the night. I left feeling more exhausted than refreshed, which was disappointing.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel was super clean, and the staff were friendly. We explored nearby adventures like hiking and rock climbing, which was a blast. Breakfast was a nice touch, too, keeping us energized for our day.

Only downside was needing to walk around the building in the cold due to an access issue with the side door. It was minor but a bit inconvenient.

Had a lekker brekkie with Pat and Scott serving up some proper scrambled eggs and good coffee. The staff were vibey and friendly, made us feel right at home. Chilled in the pool area and enjoyed the nice koppie view from our room!

Only downside, the HVAC was a bit noisy, had some weird sounds happening through the night.

We enjoyed our stay! While the location was convenient, parking was challenging for our truck due to the lot's size. The breakfast service was delightful, especially with the friendly staff ensuring a clean space. Future guests should consider calling ahead for parking options. Will stay again!
