We stumbled upon this luxurious 4-star hotel during a late-night search for accommodation in the city. The location turned out to be perfect, with a vibrant street filled with restaurants and bars just outside the hotel. Despite being in a local/residential area, it was still within walking distance of all the major attractions in the city center. The staff at this venue were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even stayed up late to check us in and made us feel right at home. The small rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape from the heat, and we were allowed to use it even after we checked out. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a modern bathroom and a lovely balcony. It was the perfect base for our short city break.

The only downside we could think of is that the frosted glass shower might not provide enough privacy if you're traveling with someone you don't know very well. However, the hotel offers a range of services that enhance comfort, such as room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect, situated at a walking street just outside the old city but within walking distance of everything in the city center. The staff was extremely helpful, making our stay run smoothly. The spacious and clean room provided everything we needed, and the bed was huge! We loved using the rooftop pool in the evenings and enjoyed the sun terrace with its comfortable sun loungers. The hotel also offered great amenities such as room service, a restaurant, and a bar where we could buy drinks. our experience at this venue was fantastic.

The bathroom layout may not suit everyone as it is not fully closed off from the room.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is situated in a quiet pedestrian street, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The bus stations nearby provide easy access to different areas of the island, such as the marina and other popular attractions. being in the center of Palma allowed us to explore the city conveniently. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

There were visible stains on the walls and in the sink area. The shower stall design also allowed water to flow out and drench the bathroom floor, which became quite inconvenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern equipment and great location of the hotel. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, providing a stunning view of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great city trip.
