We had two separate rooms, one with a double bed and another with two double beds, both equipped with TVs and a mini fridge. It was such a relief to have enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and everything was so cozy and inviting. Plus, the motel's location directly across from the famous U-Drop Inn, a Route 66 landmark, added a touch of excitement to our stay. Although the town had limited dining options, the hotel itself was not to blame. Also, I appreciated that the staff warned me about the ATM traffic in the parking lot and advised me to park closer to the hotel. Small details like these made a difference. Even though I requested extra pillows and didn't receive them, I understand that many hotels have similar policies. I highly recommend Western Motel in Shamrock for its spacious rooms, cleanliness, and convenient location. It exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.
