The whole experience was first class. Attention to detail, same room from previous stay, spacious room, incredible river location, pillow menu selection.

Everything was spot on.

Fantastic location overlooking the river, with beautiful views. Huge mall directly opposite the hotel and lots of local shopping nearby. Great local and continental breakfast with plenty of choices. Gym and swimming facilities were very good. Amazing staff, all spoke English.

Some aspects of the hotel were rough around the edges. Aging design, although well-maintained.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool and sauna. We loved the convenient location right on the river and close to Riverside 66, a popular shopping mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options.

The butlers were attentive, catering to special requests effortlessly. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location offered proximity to attractions and shopping. The breakfast and food selection was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and next to a huge mall. It was also conveniently located near a shopping district, making it easy for us to explore and shop.

We had an amazing stay at the St. Regis. The atmosphere on the terrace by the riverside was truly special, especially in the evenings. The view was breathtaking and the chilly weather added to the experience. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering both Chinese and Western options. We loved the live cooking stations, where the food was deliciously prepared. The staff, including the butler Damon and Tina at breakfast, were always polite and helpful. The happy hour staff were also kind and always had a smile on their faces.

Our recent stay at St. Regis Tianjin was simply amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The location, just across from the Riverside 66 Mall, provided us with plenty of dining and shopping options. The room was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the view of the river was stunning. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend St. Regis Tianjin for a wonderful stay.
