Fantastic location overlooking the river, with beautiful views. Huge mall directly opposite the hotel and lots of local shopping nearby. Great local and continental breakfast with plenty of choices. Gym and swimming facilities were very good. Amazing staff, all spoke English.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool and sauna. We loved the convenient location right on the river and close to Riverside 66, a popular shopping mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options.

Having stayed in a variety of St Regis hotels around the world, the St Regis Tianjin goes above and beyond to recreate the old world hotel charm in a modern ever-changing world. This year, as an expat unable to make it back home for Thanksgiving, I was treated to an amazing spread of traditional Roast Turkey with all the fixings at the St Regis Tianjin. They even added a touch of Tianjin flavor to the meal, ensuring we didn't forget where we were. I would like to express my gratitude to our host and the F&B team for making this yet another Thanksgiving to remember. This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre provided top-notch massages and a steam room that was perfect for relaxation. the indoor swimming pool was great for morning laps and the bar/lounge area had a great selection of cocktails and snacks. the room itself was spacious with incredible decor, comfortable beds, and high-quality linens. the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices for both Asian and Western cuisine. the service was impeccable, and the staff always greeted us with a warm smile.

the fluctuating water temperature in the shower was quite frustrating, with sudden bursts of cold or hot water.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and next to a huge mall. It was also conveniently located near a shopping district, making it easy for us to explore and shop.

We had an amazing stay at the St. Regis. The atmosphere on the terrace by the riverside was truly special, especially in the evenings. The view was breathtaking and the chilly weather added to the experience. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering both Chinese and Western options. We loved the live cooking stations, where the food was deliciously prepared. The staff, including the butler Damon and Tina at breakfast, were always polite and helpful. The happy hour staff were also kind and always had a smile on their faces.
