I had a great stay at Hilton in Bursa. The hotel's location was convenient and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. The Turkish-style breakfast was delicious and the facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were impressive.

The hotel had an amazing view of the mountains from the room. the location was perfect as it was quiet but also close to a supermarket, stores, and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Two complementary facts were offered during our stay which was great, and the hotel also had a wonderful swimming pool which was perfect for relaxation.

Our experience was also impacted by a problem we had with a receptionist. While it was partly our fault, we felt that the receptionist could have been more cooperative.

Loved the luxurious finishes and spacious rooms with a grand bathroom. The mountain view was also a nice touch. Sound insulation was good despite being on the main road.

The venue felt slightly isolated, which made it less convenient for quick access to local attractions, but this was a minor issue that did not detract from our overall luxurious experience.
