Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, amazing food, modern rooms, great facilities, superb location.

The glass of cava upon arrival was a lovely touch. The buffet restaurant served amazing food and the staff were fantastic. The rooms were modern, spacious, and had great amenities like lights in the wardrobes and a Google Home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the pool area was stunning. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, promenade, and nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and even allowing a late check-out at no extra charge.

Positively, I must say that this place exceeded my expectations in terms of location, as it was conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and the beach. I also appreciated the exceptional buffet breakfast that they offered, which was a great start to my day. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and the friendly cleaners made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel facilities by the pool were excellent, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time there.

As for the negatives, I found that the noise from the rooftop area in the morning could be a bit bothersome, due to staff preparations and the hum from the power generators. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall atmosphere of this hotel.

Located near the main entertainments, the hotel provides easy access to the bustling shopping center, ensuring convenience for guests. The hotel is situated conveniently, with a station on the first level of the terrace steps, allowing for easy transportation. the hotel's centralized location is close to various shops, providing guests with ample opportunity for shopping during their stay.

One downside is that the hotel lacks an outside dining area, which may limit guests' options for enjoying meals in a refreshing outdoor setting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby is like a small garden, with relaxing music and the soothing sound of water falling into the indoor pool. The staff were excellent, accommodating, and always smiling. The breakfast and dinner had an excellent selection of tasty food, and the restaurant staff were very polite. The room was exactly as described, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the swimming pool. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a short walk away from the beach and close to a rocky shore where you can learn to surf. Agoney, who greeted all new arrivals and acted as a concierge, was extremely helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa de las Americas for a relaxing beach getaway. The location was perfect, with an array of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. The highlight of my stay was the UP! terrace with its infinity pool, offering a peaceful escape from the regular pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about bus routes and local attractions. a great experience that I would highly recommend.

Excellent food, rooms, pool areas, and staff. Rooms cleaned daily with towel change. Half-board option with excellent choice and quality of food. Staff attentive and accommodating to food allergies. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Quiet and friendly housekeeping and bar staff. Peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Modern decor, cleanliness, comfy beds, and pillows. Great swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. Well-equipped gym. Safe area, short walk to the beach, and convenient supermarket nearby.

Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints whatsoever.

Had an amazing New Year's Eve celebration with awesome fireworks display and great entertainment. Loved the recently refurbished hotel, the beautiful atrium and efficient staff. the food at the restaurant was plentiful, with live cooking stations, a fantastic dessert section, and reasonably-priced drinks. the location was perfect with a supermarket close by and a lovely beach just a 10-minute walk away.

Elevators could be slow at times, which was inconvenient. However, we appreciated that the hotel offered wheelchair-friendly rooms and pool access via hoist.

The cleanliness of the hotel areas and communal areas was impressive. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with a wide variety of options available. The staff, including Marco, Pablo, and Lea, were friendly and helpful throughout our holiday. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach and promenade.
