The room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was good and had a variety of foods to choose from. the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to transportation.

The staff were not very friendly or welcoming and seemed disinterested in helping guests. the hotel did not offer many dining options and the quality of the food was poor.

We recently stayed at a hotel and had an amazing experience. the staff at reception, particularly at Melia, were friendly and helpful. the room we had was upgraded to a higher floor with a stunning view of the pools and skyline. the hotel itself was clean and had a family-like atmosphere. the pools were the best we've seen in a Spanish hotel, with beautiful natural rocks and bridges. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good, although the coffee wasn't to our liking. it was a great stay and we're already planning to come back!

We stayed at The Level in Benidorm for a few days and it was the perfect base for exploring nearby Alicante, Altea, and Calpe. The hotel is beautifully constructed with peaceful alcoves throughout. The staff at The Level provided excellent service and were a credit to the hotel. The pools, with their natural rocks and bridges, were stunning. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. We will definitely be back.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect; it was just a short cab ride away from the bustling Benidorm strip. The hotel itself had stunning architecture and a relaxed ambiance that made me feel instantly at ease. The rooms were excellent and the maid service was superb, ensuring that everything was clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the views over the golf course and the beautiful skyline of Benidorm. The swimming pools throughout both the 5-star and 4-star areas were well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. The spa facilities were also a great highlight and I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in some relaxation.

The room size was great, with a lovely balcony view. Comfortable and clean bed. Convenient location near the pool and all amenities. Exceptional and friendly staff. Hotel location was good, only a short taxi ride to Benidorm central. Golf courses were decent except for the bunkers.

The WiFi connectivity in some rooms can be problematic at times.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious and exclusive, from its outstanding service to its Spa & wellness centre with sauna, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and beach access. We had every need fulfilled during our stay, from a massage at the Spa lounge to a Turkish bath at the Spa centre. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for lounging, and the entertainment was outstanding. the private facilities, like the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area, were a real treat.

The only minor issue we had was that the air conditioning in our room was set on a winter setting, so the room was quite warm upon our arrival. It takes a while to cool down due to this setting, and it made for a slightly uncomfortable first night's sleep.
