The hotel has a unique design with a fake volcano and a chapel entrance with Gregorian chants. The location is excellent, with direct access to the marina promenade and a variety of restaurants and shops. The breakfast in the club is amazing, with a wide selection. The Volcan club suite room is spacious and beautiful. The staff is great, especially Gabby for evening entertainment, Mercedes for buffet service, and the reception staff. The buffet food is fantastic and constantly changing. The rooms have sea views, balconies, and comfortable beds.

the standards at Livvo Volcan Lanzarote are very high, with spacious rooms and large terraces. the staff are extremely welcoming, and the hotel is always clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated that there was no need to pay a deposit or daily rate for the safe or air conditioning. the location may be a bit too quiet for some, but it suited our week of relaxation perfectly. the hotel offers great entertainment options and a good range of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold food items to choose from.

Room 501 fabulous, great size and clean. Amazing location by Port Rubicon. Excellent staff, good breakfast, and entertaining evenings. Highly recommended, especially certain bedrooms. Quirky and comfortable hotel with character.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold options and there was a nice view of the pool. the location was convenient as it was close to the marina and had easy access to downtown. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was busy during Easter and the facilities seemed overwhelmed. the pool area was crowded and the rooms were not well soundproofed, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was a great size. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a vast and varied choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who checked us in and assisted us throughout our stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of town, close to the beautiful Playa Dorada beach and the marina promenade, which is filled with many nice restaurants and shops.

Staying at Club Volcan in Playa Blanca for a week was perfect. Comfortable room, stunning view, and a great location near the harbour, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast was fabulous, and the room service was excellent. The staff were courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely lunches by the pool and outstanding cleanliness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel location was perfect, with beautiful views of the pool, sea, and marina. the architecture of the building was stunning and unique. the staff, especially the young guy in the pub and Nina in the Yaisa restaurant, were lovely and helpful.

The main restaurant staff were not well organized, and we were not always offered hot drinks at breakfast or served wine and water at dinner. the dress code for dinner was not enforced, with many guests wearing flip flops and casual attire.

My stay at Livvo Volcan Lanzarote was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was stunning, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The meals, especially the breakfast, were freshly made and delicious. I also indulged in a full body massage, which was absolutely incredible. The hotel's entertainment every night was fantastic, and if you wanted to explore outside the hotel, there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Plus, there was a supermarket just a short walk away, and the beach was only 15 minutes away on foot. my experience at Livvo Volcan Lanzarote was fantastic, and I wish I had more time to spend there.

We had a fantastic stay at Livvo Volcan in Lanzarote. The upgrade to Club Volcan was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the included breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of excellent restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were top-notch. The pool area was particularly impressive, with plenty of sun beds and towels available. We also loved the architecture and character of the hotel. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the marina with bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Additionally, it is close to the beautiful beach avenue where you can find many more dining options. The hotel is also conveniently situated right next to the small port, making it easy to catch boat rides and explore the area.

The wifi connections in the hotel were poor, with reliable access only in the lobby.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect, right by the marina with fantastic bars and restaurants within a short walk. The staff were all friendly and lovely, providing excellent service.

the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were just perfect for a relaxing afternoon and the garden area was well kept and peaceful. the in-room breakfast was amazing and I didn't have to leave the room if I didn't want to.

Although the waterfall area where the performances take place is stunning, the sound quality was not great and it was hard to hear the artists clearly.

Lovely hotel, great facilities, friendly staff, generous room size, excellent food choice, Club Room option worth it.
