Value for money - The room was surprisingly quiet considering its central location in the Old Town, and we were able to relax peacefully. The staff were friendly, helpful, and created a relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been more diverse, with a wider variety of options to choose from.

Pros of our stay at this amazing hotel were the outstanding location in the heart of a historic city, jaw-dropping motif, and friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with small windows in the roof to wake up with the sun. The food, especially the weiner schnitzel, was mind-blowingly delicious. Free upgrade, honesty from the receptionist, and a cute hotel bar added to the overall experience. Lots of nearby restaurants and a view of the main street made it even more super!

The hotel is like a museum, filled with beautiful art and antique furniture. The staff were helpful and the cafe had delicious drinks and snacks.

Oh, how I loved drinking tea from a porous plastic cup? Not. Ceramic cups would've been nice, guys.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Boutique Hotel Belle Epoque in Bern. The location was perfect, being situated in the old town section of the city, and it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to do in Bern. The hotel itself is a part of history and the decor is absolutely decadent, with beautiful art deco pieces throughout. It was a true feast for the eyes.

While there were a few drawbacks such as the restricted and expensive restaurant food, and not having someone at the front desk 24/7, these certainly did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience I had at Belle Epoque. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional and memorable stay in Bern.
