The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to all the major attractions and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. It made exploring the city very easy and convenient. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and giving recommendations on where to eat and what to do. the hotel offered a comfortable and spacious room with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

One of the downsides of our experience at the hotel was the noise level during the night. We were disturbed by loud noises from outside, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Plus, there was a big supermarket nearby, which was so convenient. The hotel also had clean and modern apartments, with all the necessary amenities.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. there was a strange smell in one of the bedrooms, probably due to mold.

The location of the apartment is fantastic for sightseeing. It is within walking distance to all the main sights and the Alcazar area. Despite being on a dark alley with graffiti, I felt comfortable during the day. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the welcome with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates.

The service needs improvement, especially after 16:30 hrs when there is no physical presence in the hotel. It was hard to reach the contact number, causing a delay in getting bedlinen, pillows, and towels for the kids.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in the city center. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas bus station and a supermarket. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen stove was fast and efficient. The staff were helpful and the self-check-in process was easy. I especially appreciated the warm welcome with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. The apartment's central location made it convenient to explore all the tourist attractions and enjoy some of the city's top-rated restaurants. my mother and I had a great experience.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay in a central apartment. Loved the spacious and modern design, and the well-equipped kitchen. The location was unbeatable, with a supermarket nearby and the main bus station just a short walk away. The staff at reception were helpful and responsive. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions.

That after 4:30 pm, there was no one physically present at the hotel, and it was difficult to reach them on the phone. We had some trouble with the app that acted as the key for the apartment door, and it would have been much easier to just have a keycard from reception.

During our one night stopover, we stayed in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the charming streets of Sevilla. The hotel was conveniently located close to shopping areas, allowing us to do some last-minute souvenir shopping. being right next to the bus station made our departure to the airport a breeze.

The room lacked sufficient wardrobe space, making it a bit difficult to organize our belongings.

We had a marvellous surprise at Plaza De Armas. The property was spectacular and we felt extremely comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-designed, and had everything a tired traveller could need. It was conveniently located within walking distance from the bus station and the historical centre of town. We even found a large supermarket nearby. Checking in was easy and the staff were pleasant and helpful, providing us with a map and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this city.
