I recently stayed at The Bungalow for two nights. The property offers breathtaking views from its vast windows, making it a perfect wake-up call. The communal area is chic and cozy, ideal for socializing. The staff were delightful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even specially bought curd for my mom's breakfast. The room size was good, the breakfast delicious, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring.

I recommend this hotel.

The location of the bungalow offers a stunning view of Lake Gregory, Lover's Leap waterfall, and the Pidurutalagala Mountain range, providing an uncluttered and breathtaking view from the bedroom and dining area. The staff at this homely property are very welcoming and helpful, providing assistance with arranging transportation and even driving guests to their desired destinations.

Noise from other guests in the adjacent room can be disruptive at times.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at The Bungalow in Nuwara Eliya. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Saman the caretaker, who welcomed us with a big smile. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Lake Gregory. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Sri Lankan breakfast each morning. The hotel is a bit of a walk from town, but they kindly organized a Tuk-Tuk for us. it was a peaceful and personal experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Cannot find any fault. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully maintained and clean, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially the caretaker, were extremely kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast served was great and we had the option to choose from a variety of delicious options. The hotel's location offered incredible views and the building itself had stunning architecture with high ceilings. The lounge area was also comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower was of good quality. The host went above and beyond, organizing transport for us which was really helpful. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.

For us, this hotel was ideal and we didn't experience any negative aspects during our stay.
