The room was very comfortable and the breakfast included was a great start to the day. the hotel was in a convenient location for walking to major tourist spots like Plaza Mayor and was also centrally located for easy access to other attractions. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

One minor disappointment was that the hotel did not have a restaurant or bar, but there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was a problem, especially during the hot weather.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the heart of the city and I was impressed with everything about this place. the location is fantastic – it's located just by the metro and on a very busy avenue, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. Secondly, the service was top-notch with fast room service, car hire, tours/ticket assistance and even dry cleaning and laundry. The room amenities were also impressive and included an ironing board, air conditioning, mini-bar and free Wi-Fi that worked throughout the hotel.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices including fruits, bread, churros, and bacon and eggs. Our modern and spacious room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was great, making it easy to explore the city.

The bathroom was amazing, the towels were always warm after a shower and the staff were very friendly. the complementary map and the scribbled message in the bathroom were sweet touches. the location was perfect and the major tourist sites were within walking distance.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and the pop-up login page was temperamental.
