We also had the opportunity to celebrate two birthdays during our stay, and the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a sea view and providing a birthday cake. the dinner at the café was fantastic, and the staff even sang a birthday song, making it a truly memorable experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is situated next to Penang night market and there is another restaurant nearby. However, the main restaurant doesn't have many choices and the beach nearby is not suitable for swimming. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff is accommodating and friendly.

The bathroom fittings in the rooms seem to be of average quality and not very luxurious.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Batu Ferringhi. the staff at the hotel, particularly at the pool, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even remembered our room number and how many towels we needed. the food we ordered from the various dining options, including the Pizzeria, poolside, and Hard Rock Cafe, was delicious with generous portions. the hotel had great amenities such as a gym, water slides, and a pool. Our room was spacious and had an amazing sea view. I had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock Hotel.

We had a great time during our new year vacation! the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we received two complementary gifts upon arrival. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and several restaurants. We enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

We had to park quite far from the hotel and walk to the entrance, which was inconvenient. the noise level during the day was higher than expected, making it difficult to relax.
